Herbie PC Care provides cleaning, thermal repaste, fan service, cable management, and related maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, and similar consumer-grade computing hardware. We do not perform data recovery, software installation, operating-system reinstallation, or virus removal as part of our standard tiers. Such services may be referred or quoted separately.
Every unit is inspected and quoted before any disassembly begins. The price you are quoted at intake is the price you will pay at pickup, provided the actual condition of the unit matches what was visible at intake. If, during disassembly, we discover a hidden condition that materially changes the scope of work (for example, a damaged socket, a previously-failed repair, missing screws), we will pause work and contact you for approval before continuing.

Herbie PC Care will exercise professional care on every unit we service. However, the following limitations apply:
All standard tiers (Refresh, Deep Clean) include a 14-day workmanship warranty. If, within 14 days of pickup, the unit exhibits issues directly attributable to the work performed (a fan that wasn't reseated correctly, a cable that wasn't reconnected), we will re-service the unit at no additional charge.
The Overhaul tier includes an additional 30-day temperature warranty: if your CPU temperatures under standard load exceed our delivered baseline by more than 10°C within 30 days, we will diagnose and re-service the cooling system at no additional charge.
Warranties do not cover: damage from drops, spills, or misuse after pickup; failures of components we did not service; pre-existing conditions that were disclosed at intake; or units modified by third parties after our service.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled home-service visit may incur a transportation fee equivalent to the originally-quoted travel cost.
Home service is available across Metro Manila for a minimal transportation fee that will be quoted with your service price before your appointment is confirmed. Home service is performed on-site only when feasible; some services (Overhaul, fan replacement) may require us to take the unit to the workshop and return it the following day.
By engaging our service, you consent to us photographing your unit during disassembly and reassembly for internal quality control. These photographs are stored privately as described in our Privacy Policy and are never published or shared without your separate written consent.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbance, government action, supplier failure, or extended power outages affecting the workshop.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Manila.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Services booked before any change will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of booking.
