Do you back up my data first?
No — we only work on hardware. Your files, accounts, and OS are never opened, copied, or browsed. We work on the cooling system, not what's running on it.
What if you find more problems mid-service?
We stop, photograph what we found, and call you. Nothing is replaced or paid for without your sign-off — quote-first is non-negotiable.
How long does a deep clean take?
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Most desktops dropped off before noon are picked up the same day. Laptops average 48 hours due to the additional teardown.
Do you do home service?
Yes — anywhere in Metro Manila, with a minimal transport fee depending on distance. Ideal for desktops you'd rather not unplug or for owners who can't drop off.
What thermal paste do you use?
ARCTIC MX-4 on every Deep Clean — the workshop default for its 6–8 year lifespan. Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut is available on request and standard on the Overhaul tier.
Do you replace parts?
Only on the Overhaul tier or with explicit sign-off after diagnostic. We don't swap a fan because we "noticed it" — we quote and you decide. No silent upsells.
Do you accept GCash or Maya?
Yes — cash, GCash, and Maya at pickup. No credit card terminals on-site. We send the GCash/Maya QR by SMS the day of pickup.
What's your warranty?
30-day temperature warranty on the Overhaul tier — if your unit doesn't hold the post-service temp drop within 30 days, we re-clean for free. Refresh and Deep Clean tiers carry a 7-day rework guarantee.
